i finally understand the working world...
it's boring, and tiring.
that's the conclusion.
everyday after work, just don't feel like doing anything, except slacking around.
tired mind means slping early as well. ha. which is good.
turning my body clock back to the normal and healthy routine.

28july(mon): 1st day of work. i was really bored. nothing to do at all the whole day, except for some running of files, which were completed less than an hour in total for the entire day. my job scope: assisting the team in india in the validation of surveys and sg team if they need help. but main tasks come from india. LOL. so, so concidentally, the person who was in charge of assigning the tasks, was on leave. that means no work! all i did was surfing all the websites, playing orange shark's sudoku that can kill more time, chatting on ebuddy and cam whoring. yup. bad day it was. wore heels and i thought the heels was fitting just nice; which means not having much rubbing against the back of the ankles. but nope nope, the blisters were even worst. added the padding for the back, they kept coming off till i was really pissed off. boo. and that's not the worst. the worst was my mum and i took train and then bus home. i alighted 1st while she went to simpang to get our dinner. guess what? when i reached home, mins later, she reached home as well. i then realised, alright, i really walked that slow. ha. longest walking home journey ever.

29july(tues): after the previous day's lesson, i didn wear that heels anymore unless i'm wearing stockings. went to work, finally some tasks to be done. had a call conference with the india team. oh yes, the only ones assisting the india team will only be my colleague and i. so when on the phone with clament, that india guy, at 1st, i had problem catching his words. you know the india's indian accent. and i started having headache after listening his explanation, not only for 10mins but roughly around 15-20mins. him, explaning the IT terms and etc. oh mine... my colleague was answering him and me keeping quiet. ha. he talked till at a point of time, my colleague and i turned and look at each other, giving the 'omg' sign. same goal; waiting for him to end the conversation. LOL. after work, met lincoln for a dinner and then headed back home real early, around 7+pm. tired.

30july(wed): my colleague took a half day leave. shiok sia. and that's when we got quite abit to do. -_-. real gd timing. but oh well, still manageable. met my mum for lunch. her office is just located at the other side of hong lim complex. ha. ended work late @ 6pm instead. i did smth real stupid. did the same mistake twice for the validation of the same survey. and that took me 2hrs, before realising it. ha! met joc @ bugis after work. chatted quite some time at JCO before we proceeded to TCC for some drinks. ha. my dinner was oreo cafe mocha and marble cheescake. ha. it's been quite sometime since i last had cheesecake though.

oh yes. side track alittle, i was telling her how big the company was. really big. can you imagine, people whom had worked there for years and may not even know everyone in the company. very divided. so there was this celebration going on, on the left side of my cabin. then just next to my right onwards, no one participated in the bday celebration. so i was kind of the 'divider' you see. one side seeing happy bday song while the other side carries on with their work. -_-. and my side of the company, which is so big already, isn't considered the entire company. there's e other end of the same storey. mine is mercer. the other side is marsh. the company is marsh and mercer. LOL. and not only 4th storey, there's the 10th storey as well. -_-. ok. really huge. global business. lots of countries involved and therefore, you can see quite a few caucasians working here. yup.

31july(thurs): 1st day for tham chikuan at the company. but last day for my colleague. ha. went to work with ck. 3 of us had lunch tgt. after work, ck n i went to town instead of back to the east. because we wanted to avoid the crowded train. ate at chicago's steakhouse. according to him, he said the staff there, excluding the chi people, they're spanish. okkkk.... not very sure though. then we didnt wanna go back cuz it was still too early! but we were quite shag. ha. the feeling was weird. usually at 7+pm, to us, it was just the start of the night. but this day, we felt as if we were dying soon. he was, at least. ha. so we walked down to orchard station. it was a slow and aimless walk. if you didn't know us, you would think these 2 people might have just lost their jobs. seriously. LOL. then, on the train journey back, you really felt every stop of the train station. i mean when you're with someone else or having some company, you wont really notice the stops of the stations but more to last min realising that you didnt really have enough time to chit chat in the train, that kinda feeling. when it was tanah merah, the feeling was like 'yeah! finally it arrived after a long wait!'. ha. slept real early, 11pm. ha.

oh yes, during work, he n i were still quarreling, ever since tues. and the conclusion we came up with, was to separate for awhile and not to contact each other for the time being. hmmm... what a sad bday it'll be... he wont be celebrating it for me on sat then. yup. oh well... sigh.

i believe now.
but i hope after the storm,
i'll be able to see the rainbow.
yup.

1aug(fri): it's a friday! original plan, him meetin me @10pm my place. but of cuz, not now. sigh. so i'll be meeting zhong instead. yup. early in the morning, no task for me yet, therefore, took this time to blog for the week. btw, india's time is lagged by 2hours. so meaning, i'll be able to receive the list of tasks @ 11am sg time. -_-. for now, i'm all alone in my area. colleague left yst. sad. so lonely~ ck is working at the other side, for another department.
